Palo Santo, which translates to ‘Holy Wood’ in Spanish, is  excellent for cleansing, smudging, and purification. 

As a sacred wood, burning Palo Santo invites love and light into your home or space, clearing negativity (with an open window for the smoke to carry the negativity out). 
It promotes creativity and strengthens your connection to Divine energies. 

It is used to help reduce stress, reduce anxiety, and is sacred amongst indigenous cultures and practitioners. 

To burn palo santo wood sticks:
• Light a palo santo stick with a candle, lighter, or match.
•Hold the stick downward at a 45-degree angle.
• Let the stick burn for 30 seconds.
• Blow out the flame. Place the stick in a heatproof dish to let it burn.
